1. Equipment introduction

The spiral extruded solid-liquid separator is a new type of mechanical dewatering equipment developed by our company based on various advanced dewatering equipment at home and abroad, combined with our own experience in research and development and manufacturing of dewatering equipment. Spiral extruded solid liquid separator is mainly composed of control cabinet, pipeline, body, mesh screen, extrusion dragon, gear motor, counterweight, discharge device and other parts, this equipment is widely used, and has been recognized by the majority of users in the market.
 

2. Working principle

The principle of solid-liquid separator is spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation technology. The main components are: body, screen, extrusion winch, gear motor, discharge device and other components. When the cutting feed pump pumps the mixed liquid to the solid-liquid separator through the pipeline, the separator starts, the extrusion winch will gradually push the mixed liquid to the front of the body, and constantly increase the pressure of the leading edge, forcing the water in the material out of the screen and out of the drain pipe. The work of the extruder is continuous, the material is continuously pumped into the body, and the pressure of the leading edge continues to increase. When it is large to a certain extent, the discharge port is opened and the extrusion port is extruded to achieve the purpose of extruding the material. In order to master the discharge speed and water content, the regulating device in front of the main engine can be adjusted to achieve a satisfactory and appropriate discharge state.

3. Device features

2)High level of automation, easy maintenance, large daily processing capacity, small footprint, fully enclosed, environmental hygiene, low power consumption, suitable for continuous operation. Its key parts are made of stainless steel material,The weight of the whole machine is nearly half a ton and the overall size is small.
3)Excellent dewatering effect on pulp of paper mill and distillery lees, low discharge water content.
4)The separated solid part is dry, odorless, and is a good farmland fertilizer. The storage process does not produce leachate, convenient transportation and storage, which can effectively improve the air environment of livestock farms and solve the environmental pollution problem during the transportation of solid feces. After separation, the moisture content of the liquid part is about 60%, which is not easy to produce crust and precipitation during storage. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the separated liquid is less, which can be diluted as irrigation water or water fertilizer, and can be effectively absorbed by farmland crops.
