Equipment process flow
1. Pulping system
(1) Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add proper amount of water, and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp, and then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.
(2)Put the pulp in the pulp storage tank into the mixing tank, adjust the pulp concentration in the mioing tank, and further mix the white water in the return tank with the concentrated pulp in the pulp storage tank through the homogenizer. After being adjusted into suitable pulp, put it into the pulp supply tank for use by the forming system,

2. Forming system
(1)The pulp in the pulp supply tank is fed into the forming machine, which is absorbed by the vacuum system, and the pulp is left on the mold by the upper mold of the equipment to be shaped. The white water is driven back into the water tank by the vacuum pump.
(2) After the mold is absorbed, the air is discharged from the transfer mold through the positive pressure of the air compressor, and the molded product is blown from the molding mold to the rotary mold, and the molded product is sent out from the transfer mold.Equipment used; molding machine, mold, vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, pumping pump,air compressor, mold cleaning machine
3. Drying system
(1) Natural drying method: directly rely on the weather and natural wind to dry the product.
(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln,with natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood,
Heat source such as liquefied petroleum gas.
(3) New multi-layer drying trunk line;6-layer metal drying trunk line can save more than 30% energy than transmissiondrying, and the main heat source is clean energy such as natural gas, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas and methanol.
