1. Device introduction
Screw press is a kind of physical extrusion dewatering equipment, which is composed of drive system, feed box, auger, screen, pneumatic material clogging device, aggregate tank, frame and so on. The material enters the equipment from the feed box and is pressed by progressive pressure under the conveying of the screw. Excess water is discharged through the screen from the outlet. The dehydrated material is continuously transported by auger, and the plugging device is pushed open to discharge the material from the discharge port. The screw press produced by our company, after hundreds of accurate theoretical derivation calculations and experimental tests, summed up the real feedback of many users in the process of use over the years. 2. Working principle
The dewatering process of the screw press dehydrator is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the screw winch is dehydrated, and the screw winch is divided into three sections: transmission section, compression section and discharge section. The transmission section ensures that the material enters the equipment smoothly. The screw blade pitch and screw inner diameter of the dewatering section become smaller step by step, so that the transmission space becomes smaller step by step. In the second stage, a material blocking device is used to dehydrate the material. When the material enters the discharge section of the spiral winch, the spiral winch will exert axial thrust on the material to push it out of the discharge port. At the same time, the material blocking device pressurized by the air pressure device will exert reverse force on the material to be pushed out, thus forming extrusion pressure to dehydrate the material in two stages.
3 Device Features
1) Operating cost
The screw press adopts the principle of physical extrusion dehydration, no additional heat source is required in the dehydration process, and the energy consumption is very low compared with similar drying equipment.
2) continuous work processing capacity
After mechanical calculation and analysis of the parameters of the spiral stranding dragon, the use of special technology to increase the axial thrust, completely solve the problems of skidding, bridge, material return, shaft reporting and other reasons that can not continue to work, and the processing capacity per unit time is greatly increased.
3)low slag moisture
Due to the wide variety of materials to be dehydrated, the moisture content, molecular water ratio, viscosity, fiber content, water absorption, toughness, organic matter or inorganic matter and other data of different materials are different, our engineers will analyze the materials to be dehydrated provided by each customer, calculate the parameters applicable to the material, and make suitable equipment. The physical pressing action is utilized to the extreme to reduce the water content of the extruded material.
4)Wear resistance and corrosion resistance
A layer of alloy cutter head is welded on the surface of the discharge port of the screw winch blade of the screw press to increase the wear resistance; The core parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which is acid, alkali and corrosion resistant, thus greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
5)no need to add medicine
The screen with a gap of 0.3mm-1.0mm can be selected according to the nature of the material to be dehydrated. The dehydration process does not need to add flocculants and other agents, so there is no need to increase the cost, and the secondary utilization of the material will not be affected by the addition of chemical components.
